Overview

Purpose

The purpose on my portfolio is to show off the projects I have worked on in my WDD 131 class. These projects will shocase HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within their code.

Audience

My audience is future employers who want to see my work and knowledge in JavaScript.

Dynamic elements

I will be sotring information in an array of objects (Object and Arrays), then I will use Array methods like foreach() to display projects. Next JavaScript will interact with the HTML by selecting and modifying elements and I will use Event listeners to allow the user to interact with the page. Conditional statements (if, else) will control how the site behaves for example if no projects match a filter, display a message.

I am a student from Houston, Texas, currently studying Web Design and Development at Brigham Young University–Idaho with a growing passion for creating engaging and functional websites. In my WDD 131 course, I have developed foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which allow me to design and build responsive, user-friendly web pages. This portfolio showcases the projects I have completed throughout the class, highlighting my ability to structure content, apply effective styling, and incorporate interactive elements. As I continue my studies, I am strengthening my problem-solving skills and expanding my knowledge of modern web development practices.
